Innovate consutling is seeking a technical project manager for a cybersecurity company!

Overview: 

We are partnering with a high-growth cybersecurity consulting firm to bring on a senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to support a critical client engagement. This individual will play a key role in driving project execution, creating structure in a fast-paced environment, and ensuring alignment across technical teams and stakeholders. 

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible project, establish best practices, and potentially evolve into a broader role supporting resource planning, capacity management, and delivery operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead day-to-day execution of a client-facing technical project, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met 
• Bring structure and clarity to projects that may be loosely defined or rapidly evolving 
• Act as a central point of coordination across engineering, security, and client stakeholders 
• Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategies 
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders 
• Establish and improve project management processes, tools, and reporting as needed 
• Support prioritization, resource alignment, and overall delivery effectiveness 

What We’re Looking For: 

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management, preferably in a consulting or client services environment 
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional technical projects with minimal oversight 
• Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence stakeholders 
• Experience operating in ambiguous environments and building structure from the ground up 
• Ability to balance client expectations with internal delivery realities 
• Comfortable working with technical teams in areas such as cloud, infrastructure, or cybersecurity 

Preferred Experience: 

• Background supporting cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure-related projects 
• Exposure to environments involving tools such as SIEM, SOC, endpoint security, or cloud security platforms 
• Experience with resource planning, capacity management, or delivery operations 
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
