Innovate Consulting is seeking a Project Coordinator/ IT Liaison for a manufacturing company located in the DFW area! The Project Coordinator will support the Commercial Capabilities team by coordinating technology and automation initiatives, managing project tasks, and serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. This individual must demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, effectively manage multiple priorities, communicate issues proactively, and ensure projects remain on track. 

This role is not responsible for coding or developing automations. Instead, the focus is on gathering business requirements, tracking deliverables, coordinating testing, monitoring BOT performance, and communicating risks, issues, and project status to ensure successful implementation. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate technology, automation, and system enhancement projects. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Commercial Capabilities and IT teams. 
• Gather and document business requirements and track project deliverables. 
• Monitor BOT performance and communicate issues, impacts, and resolution needs to IT teams. 
• Coordinate testing and validate results prior to implementation. 
• Manage Action Items, Store Priorities, Selling Aids, and Surveys within Spring Mobile and Sales Force. 
• Track project timelines, risks, action items, and dependencies. 
• Identify automation opportunities 
• Escalate issues and drive timely resolution through appropriate channels. 
• Perform manual processes as needed until automated solutions are implemented. 

Desired Skills 

• Project management or project coordination experience. 
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical teams. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency. 
• Experience coordinating testing, issue resolution, and technology deployments. 
• Strong organization, documentation, and follow-through skills.
