Role Overview

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong front-end expertise and the ability to build clean, high-quality UIs while integrating seamlessly with backend APIs and AI models. You’ll own the user experience, iterate quickly on prototypes, and collaborate with product and AI teams to bring AI-powered features to life.

This role is perfect for someone who can move fast, think in terms of user experience, and translate complex backend/AI logic into intuitive, polished interfaces.

What You’ll Do

• Build user-facing applications using React and TailwindCSS with clean, responsive UI/UX
• Develop and integrate Python-based APIs to enable AI-driven product features
• Work closely with the AI engineering team to connect UI components to LLM-powered backends
• Rapidly prototype new features, internal tools, and product iterations
• Translate product requirements into scalable, elegant front-end and backend solutions
• Implement best practices in component design, state management, and modular architecture
• Manage data flow between client and server, including REST APIs and (optionally) streaming responses
• Participate in product discussions and contribute to architectural decisions

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience (startup or high-velocity environment preferred)
• Expert-level proficiency in React and TailwindCSS
• Strong experience building and consuming Python APIs (FastAPI, Flask, or similar)
• Ability to translate complex backend/AI logic into intuitive, user-centered UX flows
• Familiarity with integrating AI/LLM-based features into web interfaces
• Strong understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, Context, or similar)
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with minimal overhead
• Strong ownership mindset — you ship, you iterate, you improve

Nice to Have

• Experience with WebSockets or streaming APIs for live AI output
• Familiarity with cloud deployment pipelines (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of prompt engineering or LLM workflows
• UI/UX design sensibilities or experience collaborating closely with product designers
• Prior startup experience or 0-to-1 product development
