Innovate Consulting is helping to find a Client Services Director for a new MSP Program. This person will help build a new Managed Service Provider (MSP) program to modernize how schools and educational organizations manage contingent and contract talent.

This role is ideal for a client-facing Program Manager with MSP experience who can both shape strategy and execute delivery. You’ll design, launch, and scale a vendor-neutral MSP solution supporting long-term contingent and healthcare-related school positions — including special education, occupational therapy, and behavioral health roles.

It’s a chance to lead from the ground up in a largely untapped market and create a lasting framework for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

·               Translate business goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes

Client & Stakeholder Management

·               Serve as the primary point of contact for client partnerships and program delivery

·               Collaborate with business development teams to position the MSP offering with clients

·               Conduct ongoing client reviews to ensure satisfaction, performance, and continuous improvement

Operational Oversight

·               Manage day-to-day MSP operations, including requisition flow, vendor coordination, and reporting

·               Build and maintain dashboards for metrics such as fill rates, spend, supplier performance, and compliance

·               Ensure vendor neutrality and performance accountability

Supplier Management

·               Onboard and manage vendor partners to deliver consistent, high-quality talent

·               Lead supplier evaluation, performance reviews, and optimization initiatives

Governance & Compliance

·               Ensure full compliance with labor laws, education-sector regulations, and client requirements

·               Maintain data accuracy, audit readiness, and risk mitigation across systems

Qualifications

Education & Experience

·               Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred)

·               7+ years of experience managing MSP or contingent workforce programs

·               Background in education, healthcare, or public-sector staffing preferred

·               Track record of building or optimizing workforce programs in vendor-neutral environments

Skills & Competencies

·               Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

·               Data-driven with solid analytical and reporting capabilities (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)

·               Strategic mindset balanced with operational agility

·               Experience with VMS or workforce management platforms

·               Self-starter comfortable in an entrepreneurial and evolving environment

Preferred Certifications

·               Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP), PMP, or equivalent

Success Indicators

·               Launches a functional, scalable MSP program within the education sector

·               Meets or exceeds program KPIs in fill rate, cost efficiency, and compliance

·               Establishes strong client satisfaction and supplier performance standards

·               Builds a foundation for long-term program growth and maturity

This position offers the opportunity to define and deliver an MSP program from inception — combining strategy, execution, and client partnership to move the education industry forward.
