Innovate Consulting is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Delivery Manager to join one of our rapidly growing clients in the insurance technology and digital transformation space. This is a direct hire, onsite opportunity based in either Melbourne, FL or Irving, TX.

This role is ideal for a hands-on delivery leader with experience managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile delivery, and partnering closely with business stakeholders to execute strategic technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for key business and technology initiatives
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and partner resources
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery execution
• Partner with business stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations
• Track delivery metrics, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate internal and external delivery resources to ensure successful project outcomes
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies across multiple workstreams

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in service delivery, program management, or product delivery leadership
• Experience leading Agile delivery teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong stakeholder communication and project coordination skills
• Experience managing vendor or offshore delivery teams preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Planview, or similar platforms
• Insurance or financial services industry experience is a plus
• PMP, Scrum, SAFe, or related certifications are preferred
